Hotel Online Payment Policy:

• I hereby authorize the charges, as entered in this online payment portal, to be charged by Treasure Island to my credit card.
• I acknowledge the charges will be processed to my credit card in the form of an advanced deposit for the person I have designated in the online payment portal. (Advance deposit funds may only be applied to Nightly Room Rate, Resort Fees, Early Check In Fee, Late Check Out Fee and taxes.).
• I do understand this transaction is non-reversible unless the reservation is canceled 72 hours prior to the arrival date.
• I understand that late cancellations and unused reservations are subject to a cancellation penalty charge which is non-refundable and forfeited funds will not be credited.

Hotel Pre-Pay Cancellation Policy:
The deposit amount applied is fully refundable provided notice of cancellation is received by Room Reservations at 800.944.7444 at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date. (Some reservations may have different cancellation policies based upon the promotional rate or convention rate booked.) The refund will begin processing upon cancellation. Credit card refunds may take 3-7 business days. Guests using a debit card in lieu of a credit card acknowledge unused funds are released upon cancellation and may take 7-10 business days for domestic banks and up to 30 days for international banks to become available through their financial institution.

Hotel Check In:

• Guests must be 21 years or older to check-in.
• Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. on arrival date; check-out is required no later than 11:00 a.m. on departure date.
• Four (4) person maximum in each room or suite.

Hotel Incidental Policy:
Reservations will require a Credit Card at check in and an authorization hold of $100.00 per night will be obtained for any incidentals or damages.

Hotel Smoking Policy:
All of the Treasure Island rooms and suites are Non-Smoking, with the exception of the 36th floor. If there is evidence of smoking in your non-smoking room you will incur a minimum deep cleaning fee of $300 for rooms and $500 for suites that will be charged to your account. You authorize us to place a hold against your credit or debit card to guarantee any and all charges and, in the event that you do not settle your account subsequent to your departure, you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card or apply funds you have on deposit with us against what you owe.
