The Hotel Arista Online Payment Policy:

∙ I hereby authorize the charges, as entered in this online payment portal, to be charged by The Hotel Arista to my credit card.

∙ I acknowledge the charges will be processed to my credit card in the form of an advanced deposit for the person or group I have designated in the online payment portal OR as a payment for a miscellaneous service or amenity.

∙ Hotel Room Reservations -I do understand this transaction is non-reversible unless the reservation is canceled 24 hours prior to the arrival date of a standard reservation.

∙ Group Events and Miscellaneous Items -I do understand this transaction is non-reversible once the deposit and/or payment is made.

∙ I understand that late cancellations and unused reservations are subject to a cancellation penalty charge which is non-refundable and forfeited funds will not be credited.
